Once your lender has receive all conditions needed to complete your loan application and the under writer has given final loan approval, settlement can be scheduled. Closing, or settlement, can be a complicated process. In Southern Utah, the escrow or title company handles the closing process, your Southern Utah real estate specialist should attend closing with you and help ensure that everything goes smoothly. If you're financing your home, title has to receive funds from your lender before they can record the transfer. Typically funds are received by title the day after settlement. Once funds have been received and title has recorded the transfer you'll get the keys to your new home!
